Management
Vinod Kumar and Dileep Kumar, the master brains behind Xpress Inc., bring with them over 20 years of individual experience in consumer durable, real estate, construction and FMCG industries. The duo has been at the helm of CFA management and general management with the corporate giants like Godrej, Wipro, Dulux, and Philips.
Two professionals moulded by international work ethics and quality standards, corruption and inefficiency that plagued the construction and logistics industries shook them. Discontented with these poor practices, the twosome set out to establish a unique firm dedicated to logistics and furnishing solutions in 2013. The firm, named Xpress Inc., soon flourished into a full-blown furnishing company thanks to its cross-disciplinary team. Not much later, Xpress Inc. took the plunge into logistics by taking over the distribution and export of a leading herbal product brand, Chaithanya Herbals. In less than a year, with more overseas opportunities coming their way, Dileep and Vinod expanded their supply operations to the Middle East.
